On 14 May 2025 the ECA Special Report 13/2025: “Support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility for the digital transition in EU member states – A missed opportunity for strategic focus in addressing digital needs” will be presented to Members of the Committee of Budgetary Control (CONT) by reporting ECA Member Ildikó Gáll-Pelcz.
The audit led by European Court of Auditors (ECA) member Ildikó Gáll-Pelcz evaluated the RRF’s effectiveness in advancing the digital transition. The assessment focused on whether the RRF’s performance framework aligned with the EU strategy for digital transition and if national plans addressed critical digital needs. The audit also examined whether the performance framework and indicators used were sufficient to measure progress.
