At the meeting of 23 September 2025, the JURI Committee will hold an exchange of views with the European Ombudsman, Ms Teresa Anjinho. JURI Members will also hear candidates for the post of the Chair of the Sustainability Reporting Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG).
The Members of the Legal Affairs committee will also hear the rapporteur of the dossier ‘Harmonising certain aspects of insolvency law’ (2022/0408(COD)) reporting back on the negotiations pursuant to Rule 75(3) of the Rules of Procedure.
