In the context of the European Parliament Gender Equality Week, the Committee will receive experts to discuss how gender budgeting is planned to evolve in the next MFF.
The experts will be:
- Franck Conrad – Head of unit of Budget Performance, Coordination and Communication – DG BUDGET, European Commission;
- Marija Risteska – Gender Budget Expert, Regional Director of the Gender Budget Watchdog Network;
- Johann Seiwald – IMF Public Financial Management Consultant; ex-Senior Budget Expert, Austrian Parliamentary Budget Office;
- Marion Böker – Director of Consultancy for Human rights and Gender Issues, expert on Gender Budgeting.
