The upsurge in juvenile delinquency, especially in urban areas, is often linked to social exclusion, dropping out of school and a lack of opportunities.
Does the Commission envisage the adoption of a comprehensive European strategy to prevent juvenile delinquency, focusing on education, employment and the inclusion of vulnerable young people?
