In connection with the entry into force of the legislation on invasive species, I would be grateful if you could provide information on the following issues:

• 1.Is it possible to temporarily defer the application of certain obligations under the invasive species legislation, e.g. during an adjustment period?
• 2.Are any national guidelines or interpretations planned for the application of possible derogations in this regard?
