It has come to the attention of the Central Bank of Ireland that a fraudulent entity, offering fake investments and operating the applications (not currently active) NYLI and NYLIPLUS, is not authorised to operate as an investment firm / investment business firm or alternative investment fund manager in Ireland. This unauthorised firm cloned the details (name and registration details) of MacKay Shields UK LLP, Central Bank Register C121665. |
